In over 42 years as the landscaping coordinator on my previous job, my duties were to work closely with the landscaper of our choice to maintain restaurant properties. When I moved to The Villas I was elected to the board, and again assumed this same responsibility. I chose Another Landscape Company. Terry Loper and his staff are very professional and cordial to all of our residents. Terry is specific with the services he provides; everything is scheduled and completed on time, weather permitting. He goes above and beyond to treat our development like it is his own home. He provides a written schedule at the beginning of the year and delivers on his promises. He always touches base prior to and after our scheduled day to review what was accomplished and what needs to be completed the next scheduled day. He also makes sure any emergencies are handled on off days. You just don't find that with other landscaping companies. Being a Midwesterner, Terry takes the time to teach me about SE Georgia landscaping, which I appreciate. In all the years The Villas has existed, there has never been an owner of any company that has done the job Another Landscape Co, has. I would highly recommend him for any property in The Golden Isles.
